Spa Highlight: Meet the Auberge Spa at Mauna Lani

Meet the Auberge at Mauna Lani, a brand-new, luxury resort on the Big Island of Hawai'i.  This luxury meets sustainability resort is home to the Auberge Spa - the first Farm-to-Spa, co-created by Honua founder, Kapua Browning.  

Honua has been deeply involved with the spa menu creation, including the development of several custom products.  Many ingredients for the treatments are sourced right on the island of Hawai'i, including sandalwood and honey.  Guests can experience The Honua Facial or take a dip in one of the outdoor baths, which includes a mini Honua kit to take home with you.  

After a multi-year renovation process, the Auberge at Mauna Lani reopened in early 2020 on the Kohala Coast.   Mauna Lani’s secluded beaches, coral reefs, and ancient fishponds set the stage for transformative experiences. Gather with friends and family at the Hālau, our open-air village center that serves as the vibrant heart of the resort. Come here to plan island adventures, meet friends after a gym workout, and experience the spa and shops and fresh culinary delights. Continue onto the Great Lawn—an expansive grassy playground with palm-fringed swimming pools, the HāLani restaurant, and Hā Bar. Wander down to the Surf Shack, which anchors the Great Lawn to an expansive white sand beach. After exploring the storied coastline, make new memories with dinner at the celebrated CanoeHouse.
