Return/Exchange Policy

What's your return/exchange policy?

Mahalo for choosing Honua.  We are honored to be part of your skincare journey.  We pride ourselves on beautiful, effective products that treat many skin concerns.  That being said, we understand not every product works for everyone, however it is very costly for us to make each product, and the ingredients that go in to each bottle are precious. When we excepted returns, we just had to dump precious product. So instead of returning your product, please share it with someone else that may enjoy it and allow us to find a product that may work for you in exchange. Please email us at info@honuaskincare.com and share with us your issues that you are having with the current product you purchased, and we can find you a more suitable one and send it free of charge. My order was damaged or lost - how can I get a replacement?

For damages or loss, we have partnered with Route as an insurance solution.  Shipping has become challenging and expensive with rising costs, porch pirates and more.  It is impossible for us to take this risk on alone.  Route helps us by taking on some of this risk so we do not have to bear 100% of the financial cost of a missing or damaged shipment.  If you received an order that is damaged or broken in any way, please process a claim through our shipping insurance provider, Route.  You can login to their dashboard with your email address or order number.  If your order is missing, you can also file a claim through Route.   Please do not file a return for shipping damage as it will not be honored.
