RETURNING A HONUA PRODUCT
What's your return policy?
Mahalo for choosing Honua. We are honored to be part of your skincare journey. We pride ourselves on beautiful, effective products that treat many skin concerns. That being said, we understand not every product works for everyone and we want you to be able to try Honua with confidence. We hope you will be satisfied, but in the event a product does not work for you, we will accept any full sized product, as long as it is at least half full and returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must arrive at our studio within 2 weeks of the return label issue. We are not responsible for lost shipments or damage that occurs during shipment. If the shipment does not arrive to us, we are unable to honor the return.
We aim to make returns easy and painless. However, we will not honor returns if our return policy is abused. Returns are limited to one SKU per customer. For example, if you purchased a product and returned it, then purchased it again, it is ineligible for return. If a product is defective, please contact us at info@honuaskincare.com
We can only accept returns that were purchase directly from us and not through an authorized retailer. If you have concerns or questions about a product, please email us at info@honuaskincare.com
Honua Insider Points will be deducted for any returns. Any free gifts or gifts with purchase must also be returned for a return to be accepted. You cannot place an order and get free gifts, and then return (for a refund) the paid items. All items must be returned.
My order was damaged or lost - how can I get a replacement?
For damages or loss, we have partnered with Route as an insurance solution. Shipping has become challenging and expensive with rising costs, porch pirates and more. It is impossible for us to take this risk on alone. Route helps us by taking on some of this risk so we do not have to bear 100% of the financial cost of a missing or damaged shipment. If you received an order that is damaged or broken in any way, please process a claim through our shipping insurance provider, Route. You can login to their dashboard with your email address or order number. If your order is missing, you can also file a claim through Route. Please do not file a return for shipping damage as it will not be honored.
