What is AUTO SHIP (formerly known as Subscribe & Save)?

The HONUA AUTO SHIP program is the easiest way to enjoy your favorite creations and never run out of essentials. We automatically send you the products you subscribed to based upon your selected frequency.  Every order ships absolutely free.  Pre-scheduling orders helps our team manage...well, everything!  As a thank you, we extend 10% off your first order and 15% off all orders after.  Set it and forget it!

How do I create an AUTO SHIP (subscription) order?

Creating a subscription is easy. To subscribe, simply select the Auto Ship option for your desired product on the product page, select your preferred delivery frequency, and then check out as normal.

How do I change my AUTO SHIP (Subscription) order? 

You always have complete control over your orders. We send an email reminder before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, product, next order date, or quantity by visiting Manage Subscriptions located at the very bottom left of our homepage (or you can click on the link here). Changes to subscription orders can be made any time up to 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.

What will happen after I join?

After you join Auto Ship, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your subscriptions where you can setup your account, manage your future orders, subscription items, and subscription account information.  Note, you do need to Create Account before you can access it.  You can do this by clicking on the link in the email or by clicking on Manage Subscriptions on our website. 

We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 

Prior to each Auto Ship order, we will send you an email reminder (3 days before). You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, including order confirmations, product unavailability and order shipments.

How do I make changes to my AUTO SHIP deliveries?

Once you have subscribed, Auto Ship is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting Manage Subscriptions. You can even substitute products if you would like to try something else out. Please allow 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

How to swap products in your existing AUTO SHIP order?

Luckily, this is easy!  Go to Manage Subscriptions and login.  Click the MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS HERE large grey button on the right side. Then click on VIEW DETAILS under the subscription order you would like to swap.  You'll see a button to the right that says Swap Product.  Clicking here will open up a list of all available products to swap, along with the increase or decrease in price of your subscription.

How do I make changes to my Auto Ship (Subscription) account information?

To review or modify your subscription account information, visit Manage Subscriptions. You can change your default shipping address or payment information for an individual order or at the subscription item level.

What if I want to pause or cancel?

Parting is such sweet sorrow!  To cancel, simply login to Manage Subscriptions, click on the Subscription you want to modify, pause or cancel.  You'll see the options there.  To the right of the product image, you'll see Subscription Status and below, Active and Pause Subscription.  We recommend Pause because our subscription program does fill up from time to time.  Cancelling will remove you from the program.  Pausing keeps your order paused until you are ready to come back.  If you want to cancel, scroll down a bit to Cancel Subscription.

If you received a free gift or discount with your subscription, you can cancel anytime after TWO shipments.
