 Mahalo for your continued Honua support!  Many of you have been requesting (for years, in fact) a Honua or Honua-endorsed eye cream.  Well, we have been working on this for ~3 years and have changed course many times, but are thrilled to reveal the next new Honua product.  This is NOT a product launch - this is a prototype.  We've spent years trying to develop the right product - we figured let's take a little bit more time and ask our 'ohana what they really think.  

This eye cream, currently called 'ālohilohi, is a nourishing and decadent cream.  It smooths fine lines and softens the delicate eye area.  The texture is gentle, soft and non-greasy.  Light enough for daytime use, we love it as a night treatment and some of us use it as a neck cream as well.  It is a blend of hydrosols, aloe, and kukui/shea butter for deep hydration.  Seaweed extract tightens and provides antioxidant protection.  Infusions of eyebright, comfrey root, horsetail, kamani and carrot seed brighten with protective benefits for the ultra sensitive eye area.  This cream addresses dryness, puffiness and discoloration.

The Story

Using the softest touch with your ring fingers, gently dab a pearl sized amount across the under eye area and extend to the outer eye creases.  Avoid getting directly in eye as this is meant for your skin, not the eye itself!

Pure Water, Hydrosols of Rose, Sandalwood, Lavender Hydrosol, Kukui Butter, Unrefined Shea Butter (Fair Trade), Jojoba Seed Oil, Extract of Seaweed, Aloe Gel, Extracts and infusions of Eyebright, Horsetail, Comfrey Root, Lavender Flowers, Red Clover, Oatstraw, Kamani/Tamanu Oil, Avocado Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Borage Seed Oil, Sorbitan Olivate, Calendula CO2, German Chamomile CO2, Essential Oil blend of Blue Tansy, Lavender & Carrot Seed, Sage/Rosemary Antioxidant blend, Grapefruit Seed Extract

Eye Cream

Really like that it smells good and that it comes in a large jar. I really like the product is not too thin and it is creamy. I have been using it at night and I haven’t used it yet for a long time frame to give a thorough review however I’m excited to see the results. I would recommend adding this to the AM/PM routine card if anyone purchases it because I find those cards very useful and it would be great to see at what step in the process would the eye cream go to be more effective,

All eye need :) Cannot sing praises enough!

This eye cream prototype: ālohilohi, is a wonder eye cream. With a light refreshing soothing scent of lime, it is invigorating and awakening. The formula is pure magic touting instant hydration, depuffing, smoothing, filling, lifting, lightening of the under eye skin.. zero irritation. A little goes a long way! It’s an experience of witnessing the eye area change in ways that feel GOOD. Super nourishing, it seem to think of everything. I enjoy the pastel green color as well the consistency. It starts like a thicker cream to melt instantly into a thinner cooling lotion gel that immediately revitalizes and works into the skin while the skin immediately renews itself and you FEEL it. Tired eyes? Use this!!! It’s absolutely beautiful in conjunction with everything else Honua as well alone. Truly an innovative eye cream. I’ve tried a few hundred and I have very problematic skin/eye areas. This is keeping my eye area young! Mid 40s, this plumps up wrinkles and treats the underlying concern. Bright, lymphatic drainage, eyes coming back to life with healthy skin around them? Yes, please. Honua has don’t it again and I so excited for them and everyone who will be able to benefit from this amazing eye cream!!! Eye stand by Honua. :)

Soothing and cooling

Just a quick dab below each eye seems to relieve redness and swelling from a bad night's sleep. Really pretty nice to use with the morning or evening routine.

Refreshing eye cream

This eye cream feels nourishing, light, creamy and whipped. It feels great in my skin, as does every product I’ve tried here. I’ve just started using it, however, so now it’s time to look for results.
